Not sure I got your question, but the Ripstik is fun to ride, albeit not as fast as skateboard, nor as versatile in terms of the tricks you can perform at a skate park. But if just cruising around without ever taking your foot off the board, Ripstik is the best. To learn how to ride, there are tons of video on YouTube. My 7-year old picked it up in a couple hours.

Amazon is pretty much it. The wheels are compatible with inline skate wheels. Just make sure you got the right size. I'm buying led flashing wheels to swap out the stock wheels on my kid's ripster, and I can tell you on the kids version the wheels are 64mm diameter.

I got mine adult version 20 years ago. Now I'm 40 and still riding it. Just got my 7-year old a kid version one, and we ride together in the parks having lots of fun.

Razor company makes 2 versions of this type of caster board. A full size/long version for adults, and a smaller/shorter version for kids. This "Ripster" ad on ToysRUs is the short version for kids. The kids version has a lower weight limit of 79kg. So long you are within the weight limit adults can ride the kid version too, and vice versa. The main difference is about the wheel base distance, which should match your natural stance (about shoulder wide). That's why kids would find the kids version easier to ride, and adults over 5' tall will find more comfortable with the adult version.
