It should pump water when the button is pushed, so perhaps you have lost suction where the tube connects to the button. If you are not able to resolve this, please contact mgae.com Customer Service for assistance.

Does anyone know if there&rsquo;s a box with a picture of the house on the inside of the cardboard box it was delivered in? It&rsquo;s labeled as rainbow high dorm house on the outside but no picture of it. I don&rsquo;t want to open it if not. Thank you!
