It is a great idea and concept plagued by cheap quality and overly complicated usage in any capacity beyond the simple push button sounds. Making a mix is rather complicated and the instructions just take you online. There is some helpful stuff, but the kids did not really care for it. Cool idea that just did not pan out. For future renditions create an app that allows users to learn, and advance in their mixing in a fun way without being to childish and increase the library size for song options. Maybe a pressure sensitive touch screen for increased mixing opportunity. Its basically an iver priced bop it that lights up and has less enjoyment.</span>

He also likes being able to record his own sayings. It's not super clear when you record and you have to make sure there is no noise in the background but it is fine for him. My older son played with it for a little while but wasn't really impressed by it so I would say it's better for the younger kids.</span>
