The bag is called a pet purse, which is a great description. I would call it a toy purse. As a bag, it is tiny because half of the space is taken by a mechanism to control sound and eye movement.
Purse makes around 30 different noises, you have to press the nose or place on the forehead, also Stich opens and closes their eyes. If you get annoyed you can switch sound and movement inside of the bag.
