Thank you for the inquiry. the Primo Foldable with lights, is recommend for ages approximately 3 - 7 depending on the height of the child. The three adjustable heights from the ground up are: 26.57&rdquo; / 28.54&rdquo; / 30.51&quot; If you want to move them into a 2 wheel, I would recommend the NL 205. If you are looking at staying on a three wheel scooter, than a larger scooter would be the Ultimumn. This allows for more weight capacity, and much higher handle bar height. Overall it is a much bigger scooter

Hi, Glad you reached out. There is a steering lock button located on the front of the scooter between the two wheels. It is a black button that when pushed in will lock the wheels. If you turn over the scooter the bottom of the button is red, you can push that up and it will unlock the steering allowing the wheels to turn. This is a patented steering lock mechanism that allows the child to learn how to ride going straight with confidence and then turning can be introduced.
