The stand is included, fits to a certain mold position at the roof of the helmet securely, a brilliant design.
Magnets keep the helmet together, and there is an internal head-harness for varying head sizes.
I own a custom-made Power Rangers helmet costing several times the MSRP ($99) of these Hasbro helmets, and these helmets are much lighter and easier to wear.
