At first glance the colors are bright and inviting, but much smaller than I had expected. I grew up with Polly pocket compact toys and I absolutely loved them so I could not wait to open this up and play with it with my daughter. My daughter is 9 and absolutely loved it. She was able to navigate everything by herself including opening and closing. Which is always a plus. She played with the toy giving her Polly pocket character a name and role playing right away. She played with it for a good 2 hours before putting it down the first time and it&rsquo;s been a toy she grabs everyday since. It&rsquo;s been great to grab for long car rides or long doctors visits I love that it&rsquo;s super easy convenient to play with at home or on the go and now it&rsquo;s a staple in my bag to bring with us. Overall I&rsquo;d highly recommend. So when I saw this, I had to get it for my daughter. She loves it! My daughter is really enjoying it so far and it has spurred lots of creative play. What I like best is its portability - it's compact so you can take it anywhere. We recently took this Polly Pocket on a plane ride halfway across the country. It was a lifesaver because it kept my daughter entertained and it took up hardly any room in my purse. The pieces are small, but the doll sticks to the bottom, so I wanted to note that. I'd definitely recommend it, especially on a trip or if you're looking for something to keep your little ones engaged and entertained without taking up too much space in your purse!
