He loves that he can play with it as an action figure and battle other action figures. He also loves transforming it into the tow truck so he can tow his other cars and trucks. My son has quite a collection of transformers with this one being one of his favorites. It's just like the character on the cartoon, which my kids love. Even my younger kids can transform him to the truck and back again. It can be played with either way so it's kinda like two toys in one. The pulley wench can be pulled out then recoiled with a touch of a button, my kids have had so much fun with that part. She was happy that she could transform it into a vehicle and a robot both but she was expecting this robot to walk by pressing some button. So, she was disappointed. I like that he does enjoy playing with it. I like the way it can turn from the Heroes Transformers Rescue Bot to a tow truck and right back to a Heroes Transformers Rescue Bot in one step. To tell you the truth my four-year-old knew how to use it as soon as he got it in his hands. It is well designed and is the perfect size for him to play with. He has so much fun using the button-activated Winch Whip rescue tool. My son is always telling me how he is rescuing the world. This is the best toy to have around it keeps him busy and he takes it everywhere he goes. He has to have it with him while we traveling in the car. He truly loves this Transformers.
