RC Crane with Building Section is a very interactive building toy. We've already bought a few of the additions to increase it's fun even more. My 2 year old loves using the remote to operate the crane. Some components of the crane broke off day one. Nothing that hindered the functionality of the crane. It&rsquo;s does tip over quite easy because the four base point didn&rsquo;t secure well. We only put the crane to it&rsquo;s shorter height. Over all it&rsquo;s a very fun toy. I got it for my nephews for their birthday in November. They are twins and they love anything construction related because their grandfather is a construction worker and the whole family works in some type of construction field. I like that this moves and is more interesting and interactive than the other toys I looked at. I can&rsquo;t wait to see how much they love it. I already let my sister check it and look it up and she thinks they are going to go absolutely crazy over it. It is much taller and stronger than I thought it would be. It comes up to the chest on my 8 year old and is as tall as my 4 year old! It is also capable of lifting much heavier objects than I anticipated. It comes with two attachments to lift things - you can use either a crate or you can attach objects with the hook attachment that allows you to connect the hooks to 4 places on the object for stability. This crane is so strong that it was easily able to lift my daughter's barbie car filled with barbies and my son attaches his full sized superheroes and makes them fly. Assembly was a breeze as well. It took my son and husband about 20 minutes of working together to get everything fully assembled. We have purchased several different cranes over the past few years but nothing compares to this one. It is very sturdy and very well made. Cranes we have had in the past toppled over, weren't very good quality, and were basically a disappointment. This crane, on the other hand, is very substantial and works like a charm. It is controlled with a remote and rotates 360 degrees for added fun. It comes with everything a child needs for hours of entertainment. I can see his imagination working in overdrive while he plays. He loves cranes and Playmobil toys. The Playmobil City Action Large Crane with IR Remote Control is so much fun, It allows him to maneuver the crane in all directions by using the remote control. It took him about 30 minutes to put it all together. When he was setting up the crane he could put either put 2 or all parts of the crane together depending on if he wants it full size or smaller. At full size, the crane was very solid and stable on the hardwood floor or the carpet. No issue with it tipping over. With the remote, the boom can be rotated, move the cargo up and down and move forward and backward. With this amazing toy, it makes for a full imaginative experience. He loves to role play and uses it for spiderman scenes. I can see this toy help work on his motor skills. You will need six AA batteries two for the remote control, four for the crane which isn't included. Overall this is a fun toy for your child. They will spend hours playing and letting their imagination run wild. The instructions were clear and it was fairly simple to put together. I had to help him because some just didn&rsquo;t make sense to him. He played with it for maybe an hour and hasn&rsquo;t touched it in days. I wanted this to be more exciting but I guess it was lacking the excitement for him.
