They love Paw Patrol and are excited for the new movie, so having a chance to explore some of it through play ahead of time was very exciting. This set incorporates a lot of different elements without having a huge footprint. It was really easy to assemble, and the moving parts are not too complicated for kids under 5. It seems of good quality and durable enough to withstand vigorous play. I love that it comes with two heroes (Chase and Skye) and two bad guys (Vee and Mayor Humdinger). Having Mayor Humdinger in particular was a welcome addition - we enjoy his ridiculousness! Too often these kinds of sets only come with one character, which can really stall the play potential if you dont have more figures already. This set is ready to go for all kinds of creative scenario play. The open design makes it very easy to incorporate other figures too. He knows all the characters and he was so excited to play with them all. He uses the little door to put the bad guys in jail This set was pretty easy to put together , it came with some stickers to go on, and different characters. The skye and chase figurines were really neat with their crystallized suits. It was also really neat to have a Humdinger figurine to play with as well. The new movie hasn't come out yet so I have no idea what the toy is even about but the kids loved it.
