He loves Mario and plays the games all the time. He opened this and had about an hour of imaginary fun playing with this set and his other Mario toys he has as well. My boys had a blast playing with it, and adding it to their collection. They especially liked pretending to have Mario go down the tube just like the game. It brings back memories from my childhood! I do wish they came with some more interactive pieces, and maybe not a cardboard background though. Brings back memories of playing Super Mario as a kid. My 6 year old son loves it. He was so excited when he saw it. He has being playing with it for days. Mario is in his white fire power suit. The green tube has a tab to make Mario go up and down in it. He cant get enough of it. The toys are made of durable material and well made. The mario is white and red instead of the usual blue and red , so this was a great addition to my son's collection. The pipe actually has a little lever to shoot up Mario, wich makes it even more fun for my son to play.
