The design of the gun is really cool. The lever that you have to pull on the sides are easy to slide about 1/2 way but then you have to stand the gun up on it's side to get leverage to get it the rest of the way until it clicks. You must do this each time in order for the dart to load to be shot. The scope is a nice feature and helps get accurate shots. One minor design change that my son would have liked would be for the butt of the gun to be shorter to make it easier for him to see into the scope. The trigger is easy to pull.
