<span itemprop="description">I have the Rival mask (Red and Blue are the same) and from a protective standpoint, it's certainly more than capable of standing up to any stock Nerf blaster and even a modified one. I would know. I tested it by shooting the lens point-blank with a Rival Nemesis and a modified Longshot with a ~14-pound draw.
However, from a comfort standpoint you definitely want a bandanna or something under the rubber around the top of the mask as all the weight rests on it, and it seems to not fit anyone perfectly.</span>
