I wont go into detail as to why this is, but I am sure there are at least some of you who are reading this who can glean the &quot;why&quot; without asking Google any questions. I have avoided the new generation of MLP for a long time, as a result. Anyway- I got a television for the first time in about 5 years recently, and I decided to finally watch the new MLP. Long story short, I found myself really loving the new characters, despite not being crazy about the character designers' colour palette decisions. But the characters are very likeable, relateable, and before I knew it, I found myself wanting to add some of them to my toy collection. I came across this set on sale &amp; I had a 10% off coupon, so I only paid just under $12/pony. Even at full retail price, I am sure that these are still 100% worth it. I'm pretty happy with these overall. As a long time collector, my main gripes are the hair. Sunny's isn't thick enough, in the back and Zipp's 'do is an absolute disaster. Hasbro tried their best, but I'm sure most of these will have to be restyled, for any picky collectors. So heavy, so well-made &amp; the ability to pose the heads really adds to the play value &amp; display possibilities.
