<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pull back action Minions Loud ‘N Rowdy™ Otto is lots of fun. I was very surprised at how loud Rowdy was, I even looked for a volume control but there was not one. My grandson loves all the phrases, especially the “Yee Haw” phrase! Rowdy has a very loud voice that is motion activated when he moves or is jarred. His feet snap into the rocket booster shoes so he stays in place but can still rock back and forth for motion and sound. Both arms are positional, and his eyes have a light bouncy motion to them with movement. To make the toy work you place it on a flat surface or even indoor/outdoor carpet and pull it backwards a couple of times then let it go so it can roll forward. The toy goes forward and Rowdy starts saying phrases in a very loud voice, which makes the toy even more fun! I received this product for free through the Mattel Play, Rate & Review Program in exchange for my honest opinion.</span>
