Just pull him back and he races across the ground on his newly minted rocket skates! He laughs and mumbles and shrieks with glee. Get louder and rowdier with other Minions like Construction Dave who wriggles, giggles and jiggles as he jackhammers, Stuart whoshoots fart and boot projectiles and Kung Fu Bob who chops through a board with a loud "Hi-ya" and gets his hand stuck.
