It&rsquo;s not packaged properly to prevent damage. The plastic ends came cracked and loose both times I ordered it. On the heavy side, very hard for one person to carry if you encounter stairs. Wood platform nice if you have to make modifications like adding drainage holes. I will probably modify to allow a lower level for my kids feet. I didn't have a pump to inflate the tires. The wood racks were flimsy as they were just stapled and glued. One rack arrived with slats completely detached. My helper managed to fortify them using screws. The bottom of the wagon is just plywood and had exposed hardware. It really does need a pad inside to cover these. It does offer a smooth ride and turns well. If it had been available in-store, I would have returned it. Paying return shipping costs in addition to some non-refundable shipping initially made me find a way to improve it myself and keep it.
