One disappointment was the mirror was too warped to see my children's normal reflection to make the sticker accessories fit to their features reflection like the photo on the box showed. The table-top sized mirror is double-sided, so two can play and laugh together, which develops social skills, creativity, and language development in early childhood. The mirror is flexible and unbreakable. The stand is mostly wooden with a few plastic parts. It's brightly decorated, adding to the carnival theme. When the knobs on the side are turned, the mirror ripples, and changes the distortion of the child's face being viewed. They loved the &quot;big hair one&quot;, and it brought tons of laughter. The big chin is another popular view. If the knob turning gets a bit exuberant, and the top of the mirror happens to pop out, it can simply and easily be slid right back into the slots provided. (It's only happened once for us, but it was nice to see that it was a simple fix). It comes with 21 reusable, silly stickers to apply to the mirror, such as a clown nose, that can add to the funny faces even more. It comes with a player card to add to the make-believe play. We use the mirror in many creative fun ways. Besides distorting faces, children can place objects in front of the mirror and distort them as well. We also use it for story telling and even discussing the &quot;science&quot; behind the magic in the mirror. It's a fun creative art experience to have children draw self portraits using the Melissa &amp; Doug Fun at the Fair Funhouse Mirror. I plan a month-long carnival themed lesson plan every year for my preschool students, and I'm so excited to add the Melissa &amp; Doug Fun at the Fair Funhouse Table-top Mirror to our events! They're 4 and 2.5 and this was a little confusing for them. It's definitely better as a one person toy, although the mirror is on both sides.
