This set allows for a lot of imagination. My girls also take the Barbie mini figures everywhere. We love to set up a playscape with blocks and add this set in. Very cute with the forest friends. My girls are 5 and needed some help initially building the scene. With a little practice, they're now able to assemble and add to it. This is her first set of legos and she is hooked! The amount of pieces were perfect (not too many &amp; not just a couple) and she learned how to read the instructions on how to build her pieces. She loves the characters and all the &lsquo;accessories&rsquo; that come along with this set and plays with them for hours on end. She now loves legos and wants more. She is excited that she has her own Lego set (now doesn&rsquo;t try to take her older sisters). This set has a lot of little pieces. It was hard for my almost 5 year old to handle on her own, so I helped the whole time. My 7 year old had more independence with reading the instructions. Building the sets were just as enjoyable for them as playing after they were set up. I appreciate the diversity in the Barbies.
