Its super realistic and sturdy. The colors had a great contrast to them. He says he looks like a &ldquo;wrestling&rdquo; superhero, which seems to please him very much. He has been removing and putting back on all the accessories with ease. My son mentioned he wished he had more to go &ldquo;with&rdquo; the other accessories. Also, loves the movements of the joints, and neck, but be aware it may be easy to loose the head. It pops right back on, but I could see the possibility of it going missing if he pops it off. He is exactly the same as the iconic 1982 Stratos in every way with one major color variation. The new body color rendition gives him a more human-like feel while still preserving his ape/bird man identity. The color of his wings, jetpack and belt have also been swapped for blue, red and gold, respectively, and gold bracelets have been incorporated to complete his new stunning new look. He is highly articulated for more imaginative play and display possibilities. One of my boys immediately started disassembling Stratos, showing me how many of his body parts could potentially be switched out for different character or costume parts. Pretty much all that was left was his core, and I was impressed how easily he could reassemble the figure. It didn't feel like it would break easily from this type of play either. The plastic is thicker than other figures I have seen and the locking mechanisms seemed solid. My husband said this reminded him more of his toys from the 80s and 90s and that even the look of the package, the articulation style of the body, and included mini comic book was totally nostalgic. All of them were entertained as Dad introduced them to Masters of the Universe characters and they interacted with an Emporess figure. This could easily be gifted to an adult collector though as the packaging is designed to highlight Stratos and display.
