I am fond of this character, but was disappointed that he wasn't made into a better action figure that this. This more updated & modern version of Paladin is nice, but isn't doing it for me. It's the same body as Blade & Demolition Man only with a different head, colors, & a simplified costume design. There are no distinguishing elements about him that really tell you who he is, if you didn't know already. He's so generic looking that he could easily pass as a specialized S.H.I.E.L.D. soldier, if you wanted. Or, any kind of soldier, for that matter--which is great for army builders & customizers. His face paint was touch & go, too. It was hard to find one that didn't have some mistakes or the area under his chin wasn't fully painted. The paint work everywhere else was just fine. He could have used a few more accessories, too, like an extra knife, an unmasked head, or a larger weapon of some kind. He has two guns, but one holster. It would have been nice to have two holsters. What he does have is decent. He has great articulation & details. His guns stay planted in his hands nicely & the leg holster doesn't move up & down his left thigh like some other Hasbro figures do that have accessories strapped to there thighs (e.g., Daredevil's billy club pouch). I wish I could say more, but I did need the Build-A-Figure piece to completee the Sasquatch figure. Otherwise, I think I would have passed on this figure.

Its a OK figure. I'm glad to have it for my collection, but it don't blow me away. I'd like it more if it had a better armor design.
