It has a good range of motion and it stays in place pretty well after you bend it. My only issue with the toy is that when we first opened it he couldn't figure out how to stick the accessory in his hand properly and he tried to force it in the wrong way. This kind of stretched the hand out a little bit. Other than that the toy is great and my son loves it.</span>
