My seven year old and my three year old daughters love to play with it. They in fact fight that they want to play. There are some fun element which they like . The castle transforms outward and upwards. And they have a secret entrance. the toy is very well-made. I like that it closes up and easy to store . Great for long drives in cars. The colors used to amazing. It&rsquo;s a fun and interactive play set . Great for birthday gifts,Christmas presents. Overall and amazing play set . As with most toys today, the packaging was overboard. Why is there so much waste involved with toys? Anyway, after breaking in, my daughter was excited to explore the different surprises. It is definitely has some pretty novel functions. The bed doesn't work very well with the figure that was included. It seems to be to long and bulky so that &quot;blanket&quot; doesn't stay up. After a few days of play, shes already mostly lost interest. She does play with the magic wand still though! Might be more engaging for younger kiddos, although the box indicated ages 5 and up so it's kind of a narrow window. From a quality standpoint, it seems to be made relatively well. There are several parts made put of cardboard that definitely won't last long. All our toys need to be bath and outdoor worthy, so I would probably just remove them if she played with it more. There are also some places that the paint is coming off already, which is disappointing given how little it's been used. Overall I'd say it's a &quot;meh&quot; for us. My daughter loves the little crystal ball You have to use the wand to make magic happen throughout the castle.
