Unfortunately, it runs a size and a half too big so my 6 y/o daughter can’t wear it (falls right off) so we had to give it to a friend to “borrow”. It looks adorable on our 7 y/o neighbor. The skirt is 25inches at the waist and has an additional 6 inches to stretch to 31inches. The shoulder straps are 8 inches long, so you’ll want to check if your kiddo has 4 inches from a conservative point at the chest to the top of their shoulder or perhaps I’d recommend a shirt to wear under. Really nice fabric and colors from the new movie. ✨</span>
