She pulled out a matted ball, dipped it into some water and waited a painfully long time for it to dry (20 minute dry time? HA!) I towel dried it, spin cycled it, stood and blow dried it, the thing was saturated through. We left it in the sun all day to dry. It&rsquo;s still damp and it looks like a drowned rat. The look of crushing disappointment on her face was hard to look at. She cried all night for wasting her own money on such a piece of trash.
