This product has such a poor design it was so difficult to open. I even had several other people try to &acirc;€œflip open&acirc;€ the case to reveal the lip balm but no one could do it. It is the worst design I have ever seen. The product is so difficult to open and there was no way to &acirc;€œflip it&acirc;€ to reveal the lip balm like it claims. I had several other people try to open it as well and everyone was shocked that a child&acirc;€™s product would be so misleading.
