For my son and his friends, this game has been a never-ending source of entertainment. Akedo Powerstorm is constantly entertaining because of the many different arena games it offers. The game ensure that there is always something fresh to learn and master. It's remarkable how a few well-executed movements can set the stage for a tense battle mood. Getting into the action is a breeze because to the game's user-friendly controls. The collecting nature of Powerstorm increased already a high level of interest fro my son. The addition of strategy through the collection of power-ups and rare objects throughout the game is what will keep us coming back for more. My 2 boys (5 and 3) have done a number of battles with their figures, including off the top of a tall fan, so it all got pretty wild. The figures themselves seem to appeal to the boys and there were no aguments about which figure they had in terms of how the figure actually looked (quite impressive really as we are usually primed for mediating a fight over the one favourite character). We had a classic character 'Viperwrath' and an epic figure 'Ice storm axel'. Despite the boys really enjoying their battles we did have a few issues with 'viperwrath' who kept falling apart so that he couldnt fight properly (decapitation before actually fighting). This frustrated my son but hasn't stopped him from asking for looking through the other figures and requesting that we buy another one ('Shatterclaw' and 'Bucktooth'- apparently they look really cool). The collectable element has obviously got great appeal to my kids and the sheet with the pictures of all the warriors is being carried alongside the actual warrior as a toy in itself by my 3 year old who keeps muttering about which one he wants next. All in all a successful toy for my boys. Easy to use (including my youngest) and aesthetically seemed to please them! I probably would buy another one for them but would exchange the broken one had I paid for them this time round as it has affected their ability to play the game properly. Upon opening the products, the packaging looked great and had a lot of information about how to play. Sadly, a piece of arm had come off one of the figures but that didn&rsquo;t hinder any playing from the boys. Despite the slight broken piece, my sons love this product and keep going back to battle; they do it again, again and again!
