Then after only 3 days we went to use it and the ears weren’t flapping like they’re supposed to and the dog will not respond if I try to talk to it. The ears are just stuck in an upright position. Can’t believe how quickly this thing stopped working. Don’t have a gift receipt and it was from a family member who lives in another country so I can’t even return it</span>
