<span itemprop="description">My daughter received this for Christmas and it was great until it suddenly stopped working a couple months ago. She had only been using it for about 5 months and treated it well. We contacted Leap Frog and they said the warranty is only 3 months. So now we are stuck with a bunch of books we bought for it and a broken toy. Extremely disappointed with Leap Frog.</span>

I've tried 3 different computers, all the troubleshooting steps, 4 packs of batteries. This product is garbage. Leapfrog's customer service is no help. Had to return both. I have had two of these. Kids love them but one didn't last 3 months and the other stopped working less than a year after purchase. I've contacted leap frog, they said they'd replace the first one that died but I've been waiting 2 months. The second they won't replace even though it was their repair software that finished it off. I now have 10+books that are useless. Waste of money.</span>
