I was quite surprised how fast it actually was. It didn&rsquo;t take to long to charge for the boys to enjoy it. It&rsquo;s easy to use the gear thing for operation. The packaging was kind of messed up when it came, but didn't matter to me as the car was in great condition. Once charged and batteries added to the control, it worked great! The car went fast. It was a learning curve to use the control, but it was fun to use once we got the hang of it. The car itself is a 1:10 scale and made well. The remote control was very easy for my son to control, which does require three AA batteries. The car has a nice storage area underneath that holds the rechargeable battery and the charging cord so it will never get lost. The LED lights are bright for both the headlights and tail lights which turn on when going forwards or backwards. It has three speeds. While all the great features for this car, I was very upset to see that the car did not turn left. It seemed like the controller was not triggering the wheels right out of the box. My son would also get a little frustrated after turning on the car and controller because the connection would take a little to connect the controller to the car.
