While the functionality that is there is nicely situated in a control panel and the gearing is always fascinating to witness during the build, I must agree with other reviewers that the lack of mobility and no function for swinging the arm was a real minus. Just one medium sized motor?? And the functions are so slow as to make playing with the set meaningless. I love LEGO and until recently, LEGO'S ingenuity set it apart from the Chinese sets like Mould King, but they are catching up VERY fast. On top of all this, the set was missing a part that stopped construction until I found a similar piece in another set that I could borrow. I'm still waiting for the part from Denmark.</span>

Lego, please take all the feedback into account for future sets. Don't lose adult fans because of prices, which are increasing whilst quality of the products is reducing. There are lots of 2nd sets and Lego out there which offer far, far better value than this set, which doesn't offer anything that new or different.</span>

<span itemprop="description">J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à monter ce modèle, en particulier la boîte de vitesse qui est, à mon avis, un des points forts de ce modèle. La notice est très claire avec de nombreux zooms pour lever toute ambiguïté.
Le rendu final est très bien fait et très esthétique (pour une pelleteuse)
En revanche, je trouve quelques bémols dans ce modèle concernant l'expérience de jeu :
- Il n'y a aucune protection mécanique de la chaîne de transmission. Lorsque les verrins sont en bout de course et que le moteur continue à tourner, cela a pour effet de forcer sur les axes, les pignons et les cardans (j'ai peur pour ces derniers...).
- Je trouve malheureux que le modèle ne soit pas équipé d'une batterie, plutôt que de 6 piles AA. En 2025, ça aurait été un peu plus adapté...
- Dommage que rien n'ait été fait au niveau des chenilles pour avoir quelques choses de plus mobile, un peu comme le modèle 42146 (grue Liebherr sur chenilles).
Ce modèle est sympa, mais aurait pu être exceptionnel.</span>
