<span itemprop="description">I really didn't realize how interactive this set was until I started building it. The mechanisms are so cleverly built and hidden, that it was fun discovering how each one worked as I went along. I love the attention to details, like the cute little trees, the jagged edges of the ice, the iclcles and the funny and sorta sad snowperson. That it has a silly face and one stick arm is so cute! Just like they turn out in the non-Lego world! Haha! And the head of the snowperson lands directly on the Red Koopa Troopa without fail. Every. Single. Time! I also appreciate the sound of the snow and ice crunching as Mario walks over it. The addition of the fire and roasting marshmallow, with the cute interaction of Mario as he sits by the fire is priceless! The lighting from Mario, shines through and lights up the flames. Love this! Soo cute! I would love to see more fun interaction like this, of Mario with the environment he's in, not just with the characters. Thanks for an awesome set! Yay!!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Last year my then 3 yo son discovered Lego Mario. We purchased everything we could find. Being new to Lego myself I discovered how fun and relaxing it was. He can now build on his own and has the interactive game component. This set was cool 😉 .</span>

I love how the pieces are a little bigger than the usual legos. Putting this together was a breeze for her she tries to match everything she sees on the box and then she’ll move the pieces around. This is a great project for kids and gives them tons of excitement and fun.</span>

Comes with multiple characters and there are several parts that do cool things. It was a good challenge for him too (he’s 8 years old), not too easy which is always a plus. Definitely recommend this set!</span>

I get to tell my daughter how much I loved playing the video games as a child. It is so refreshing to put away the electronics and spend quality time with my daughter putting this set together. I really like how it comes with easy to understand instructions. My daughter was so focused and really enjoyed this project as she called it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fliprus Snow Adventure Expansion Set (for Mario), by Lego, is an extremely cute product that will not only be appreciated by children, but adults too. The product is recommend for 7 and up, but my 6 year old was able to build this quite easily, while using the online app (with some guidance for me). I will admit that I was concerned that there was no paper instructions included, but as we are fortunate to have internet access, we had no issue. I do think that a paper instruction book should be provided as there are people that do not have online access. There are quite a few pieces, so organization is definitely important, but that is to be expected with most Lego sets.
This product is lives up to the quality that I expect from Lego, the bricks go together easily and once built the product is extremely cute and provided hours of fun for my daughter. Please be aware that the product does not come with a Mario character (it is an expansion set), so you will need to purchase that set separately.
These sets are truly authentic to the Mario theme and I definitely recommend it to Mario fans, whatever their age.</span>
