<span itemprop="description">I picked this up for my 5yo because he’s a huge Miles Morales fan. We worked to build this together, with him getting through about 80% and me finishing up the rest. He didn’t like how long the set took to build (I probably could have done it much faster on my own but I wanted him to get the experience), but he’s very happy with the playability and speed of the car on both hard floors and carpet. He’s intrigued by Morbius, and unfortunately that’s a character I don’t know much about. From my perspective, this car reminds me a lot of Ghost Rider’s Charger from a few years ago and that’s a great comparison. Both are really solidly built and display unique characteristics to the character. Both I and the 5yo like how the front of this one looks like the face of a spider. The hidden NO5 canisters are a nice touch as well and the tail pipe element is WILD. This set is great for a spider-fan in your life.</span>

I thought I'd start with that, because looking at the box it clearly looks like it has one.
I saw the set and thought - at that price, it can't have a light brick. Then looked at the back of the box, and clearly the front and rear lights, and projecting rear spikes are lit up. I did think it might be artistic licence, after all morbius doesn't actually fly either, but I looked at the other car sets, and not one of the other car sets had their lights on. I compared the car parts with similar ones (webs) in the set and they were all dark. I looked again and figured they had used a light brick in the centre to light all of the lights and projectile. This set with a light brick really was brilliant value.
It doesn't have one.
I never said anything to my daughter as I wasn't completely convinced, but after building it she asked how you switched the lights on...
Overall a decent set, it has decent characters, the car is really cool, but total misrepresentation from Lego. On its own it's a good value but can't help but feel short changed by Legos misleading artistic flair.
You'll notice the picture above doesn't look like it has working lights.</span>
