The instructions are super easy, it took maybe 25 minutes to put together. There will be extra pieces. The man comes with hair & a helmet with a cute helmet shield thing that goes up & down ( can only wear one). Because the pieces are small, storage is a concern. The truck is a decent size & my toddler loves it already! Definitely want to buy more.</span>
