The dolls are the same in each bigger surprise. There are two big sisters, one little sister, one pet and the rest are accessories, clothing and wigs.

2 big sisters, 1 lil sis and 1 pet. The rest are accessories. You'd be better off buying them all separately, you'd get more dolls for the same cost.
