<span itemprop="description">Overall, a good play set, high quality wood (though some boards did crack while putting them together), many different play options. Instructions needlessly complicated, could use better images, or a YouTube video.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We like the features like the little cafe, spot for sand, and fort. However, the directions were not the easiest to follow. The vinyl on the roof tarp stuck together, some wood split when we did not over tighten, and we were missing 2 bolts (but had tons of extra hardware.) There were a couple spots where the direction should have noted that the middle hole was like 2 inches off center because we had to undo 2 steps where it wasn’t specified. The timing of some steps could have been better prioritized. (Example: Since we put the cafe tarp up, it was harder to get the roof top screwed in.)</span>

<span itemprop="description">The playset is great... customer service was great... online was awful really needs work... option for 6-8 delivery should not be available for items that it doesn't apply to... online services when having trouble with order is automated and awful had to go into store which is an hour away... in store was great tho</span>
