I believe they have good customer service so far as I haven’t had any issues getting a replacement part ordered. The set has not been completed as I’ve been waiting for the back order part so you can imagine how upset my son is looking out and seeing a swing set and slide he is unable to use. Well called today and was told I would receive it some time in early July. COOL! I go outside to pick up my son’s bike from outside and I see this!!!!!! I paid waaaay too much to have these issues before getting the thing fully assembled. Cracks in wood already?</span>

<span itemprop="description">It’s a great playset, but it has some flaws. First boxes were ripped and the slide had a few scratches, and a piece of wood was broken during shipping. We tried to complete the form online to get a replacement part and it wouldn’t work, so we did our best to use the broken piece with a few adjustments. Second the straight slide is very fast at the angle it is, my kids fly off of the slide onto the ground if they don’t slow themselves down with their feet and hands. Overall they love the playset, it’s a plus to have both slides and the little tent hideout on the bottom. Also it was very easy for my husband to put together, with my help a few times he put it together in maybe 8-10 hours over 2 days.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I have been using our Ranger retreat playset for over a month now and we love it more and more each day. This wind is very durable and can withstand pretty harsh weather. I live in Texas with crazy weather and the swingset still looks brand new.
I do have to admit the swingset was pretty challenging to set up so I would recommend getting a professional to put it together.</span>
