<span itemprop="description">The family bought this swingset for my daughter last year for her birthday as a split family gift. The set was recommended by someone who has a similar version. We did a ton of research on what we wanted and decided to go with this model. It was a pain to put together. The instructions are not necessarily the clearest. My daughter is obsessed with it and plays on it constantly, however, a year later and the wood has split in many places, the bolts are coming loose or are missing, and not to mention she is under the weight limit and it flips as she swings. Doesn’t matter how much it was tightened in the ground. It’s just not durable!
This is a swing set/playset for a year and now needs to be trashed. Do not buy if you are hoping to use for a few years.</span>

And that results waste of money, time and even it’s not safe for kids to use unattended. I am always worried when kids use it because it moves all the way like all stews can come off . It made of poor and cheap quality wood. So please don’t waste your money.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this several months ago for our toddler. It took 8-10 hours to assemble. After several months of use the wood is already cracking and splitting in all areas of the playset. The set is not longer stable either. We took great care to level the set when assembled, but it s leaning due to the fact that you stack 2 boards 2x4s on top of each other to create supports rather than having one solid board. It seems as if when designing this playset the manufacturer prioritized shipping box size rather than design stability. We are concerned this set could become a safety issue.</span>

At the factory we have coated the wood with a water repellent or stain. This coating decreases the amount of water absorption during rain or snow thus decreasing the tension in the wood. Sunlight will break down the coating, so we recommend applying a water repellent or stain on a yearly basis (see your local stain and paint supplier for a recommended product).-The KidKraft Customer Care Team #14010
