<span itemprop="description">I bought this play set two years ago. Within one year, the slide began to come apart after normal exposure to the elements outside, normal usage from a 4 & 2 year old. To pay over $1,000 for a play set only to desperately try to get a replacement slide after 2 years of use is unacceptable. I have had a terrible experience with the customer service department, who barely replies to my emails and calls trying to get a replacement slide. I finally got word the slide was back in stock, only to be ghosted after getting a quote. I am furious. This is unacceptable, to have my play set off limits so my children or neighbors don't break the slide more, considering it's coming apart. Do better, Kidkraft. You sell junk and your customer service is crap.</span>

Getting replacement parts was a tough experience as well given the fact that we were sent the wrong pieces/parts multiple times. Sigh. Now, only a couple of years later, the slide is busted. A play set should last longer than this. I do not recommend this product or company, for that matter.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We got this play set put together and we were excited for our son. It is a sturdy swing set overall. The slide has broken now 2 times, we have fixed it once and it broke again. This is a huge safety concern. If he would slide down it he could definitely fall to the ground and get seriously injured. They need to get a different slide for this, the tunnel isn't made well/cheap. Already cost a lot for this set and now we need to replace the slide which is more money.</span>

There's a huge Crack in the top of the slide. The wood is chipping and falling apart! Hinges are bending... she weighs 35lbs... this show not be happening. I really want my money back or a new and improved different set! What I thought was going to be a fun exciting present for her. Has been HORRIBLE!!!!!</span>
