The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The assembly was very quick and simple and took about 10 minutes. We have adult chairs in the yard in a similar finish and our toddler loves having his own chair. I painted the chairs prior to setting them up, unfortunately one of the armrest broke while setting it up. Requesting and receiving the damaged part has been nothing short a nightmare. Had to try four times and hours before getting the part ordered. They said 14 days to receive them then they sent me a message a month later saying it would take another month for me to receive it. Two months to get a replacement. I cannot return them because I painted them but had I not - you bet I would have returned them without any hesitation. I'm searching for others to see if I could just throw these out.
