The kids used it once and it was great. We bought a cover for it and stored it outside. Animals (likely squirrels) crawled under the cover and managed to remove the plastic protector that housed the cables by the pedals. They chewed through all of the cables and made the toy useless. When we called Kid Trax to see if we could get the car fixed, they told us there was nothing they could do except sell us replacement cables for another $80. The cables arrived and they were for the wrong part of the car, even though I had told them specifically which cables were damaged. We are now out of pocket almost $1000 and have a totally useless toy. Terrible customer service. The company didn't care to help us at all. My son is rather tall for his age and we wanted to get him a car that he can drive for few years.
