The feel of the plastic makes it seem like it could be real - with bumps that are much like reptile skin. And it has so many joints- in its tail, arms, legs, belly, neck and mouth - that its articulation seems real as well. The designers made sure to cover all of their bases, and even included a movable tongue and soft "skin" inside the mouth that feels like human cheeks. The eyes also have a yellow glow that seem to follow you around the room.
My 11 year old immediately fell in love with
Her T- Rex and began including it in imaginative play with her other figurines. Its generous size easily allows it to dominate most figurines, in a way that is realistic to T-rex. And her 3 year old sister was interested in it as well. I am glad that with its quality construction and materials, I am not worried about the toddler getting ahold of it. I don't think there's anything she could do to harm it.
My husband said he would have loved to have a toy like this when he was a kid, and our daughters definitely agree!</span>

He’s nine, but he loves dinosaurs, and this one does not disappoint. The body articulation is what keeps my sons attention and he is definitely a fan of the amber eyes! If I could change one thing it would be to add some roars or sounds. Over all, this Jurassic fan is one happy little boy!!</span>
