Toys r us are great just do not ever buy from Jetson or any of its affiliates!! Used for the first time on the weekend and Led lights underneath keep shorting out every 30 sec or so. Handle bars keep sliding down every 10 min...yes the pin is clicked in and the stem clamp is super tight...any tighter and you would need a hammer to close it. Called customer service to correct the problem. I was told that there is no warranty to Canadian's for the electronic parts of the scooter only American's get the electronic warranty....WHAT?? LOL..this was purchased in Canada. For the handle bars sliding down i was told they will replace the part but i have to pay for shipping because i live in Canada...WHAT...LOL...This was purchased before Christmas but i thought there was a 1 year warranty and a 2 year if i register. Purchased on 09-28-2020 well within my 1 year...un boxed and Used for the first time on 04-24-2021....End of Rant...... So Canadians buyer beware...this is what you have to look forward too!!! Luckily for me i explained this to the store manager and he is going to fix me up and take the hit on the scooter. This one came with missing parts and half the lights didn&rsquo;t work. Trying to replace the product was a pain due to being cut off chats and having to start over again trying to resolve. In the end the product was not available and was refunded, and I had to pay more to purchase elsewhere. It is pretty cool to play in the dark. However, the handle bar screw loose in the first day. After one week play( one hour per day), the front joint on top of the front wheel started to wiggle, and it can not be fixed. Today, the light can not be turn off. Poorly made handles collapse!</span> <span itemprop="description">I bought this for my son for his 5th birthday and on assembly the handlebars wouldn&rsquo;t stay in place...the lock mechanism was defective. I took it back for a replacement, and it seemed ok...my son got to the end of the driveway and the handlebars collapsed and he fell off. Took it back to Toys R Us who confirmed it was also defective and they pulled it off the shelf. The one problem I had was that the little silver knob thing that is supposed to pop out into a hole to secure the handlebars was bent back inside the vertical part of the handlebar and it took me a half hour to figure out why on earth is the handle bar sliding down once I've secured it in place with the nut and bolt. The other problem was that I had to use pliers to pull the silver inner part of the handlebar out in order to secure it in place. There are NO instructions on this part and nothing on Youtube about it. That also took me an hour (and then a text to someone for help) to finally figure it out. So it took an hour or so of trial and error because it was sent to me in a way that was not how it should be to put it together.
