The plastic window cracked immediately in numerous places making it unusable. I had read previous reviews hoping mine would hold up--wrong! It was a beautiful -2 snowy day. The minute the plastic gets cold and someone touches it (to put 10 month old in) it cracks and there is a hole. Does not tolerate cold temps which I assumed it would being it is for a sled to be used in the snow, in the winter. Very disappointed.If this had not happened, the rest of the design, cushion and comfort is amazing.
