<span itemprop="description">I received this bouncer as a baby shower gift and I am not happy with it. The bouncer does not bounce even when the baby is it the seat. There are two settings and neither of them will bounce him. I called the company and they said that it goes by his movement which makes no sense. It doesn’t bounce at all. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to others. I tried new batteries and getting it started to bounce and it still will not work. I would not recommend getting this bouncer seat.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It was great until it wasn’t. I received this as a shower gift and it worked great for two months. After a month it stopped working and we replaced the batteries, no problem, back to working again. By month 2 it stops working again, replaced the batteries, but now only turns on for a minute and shuts off. Tried replacing batteries again in case the original batteries were faulty but same thing. Concept is great, but long term use is lacking.</span>

<span itemprop="description">EXCELLENT. My baby loves this thing. Other rockers have not worked, but he just relaxes and can sit in this bouncer while I make dinner or have a shower.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my granddaughter and she loved it. Unfortunately the sounds/motion stopped working even after replacing the batteries with new batteries, so half the features no longer work for this bouncer. Very disappointing with how much my granddaughter enjoyed it.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This was a purchase that we looked forward to using. Assembly was easy until it was time to install the toy bar. That thing needs a redesign. It does not lock to the pivot points on the frame and falls off at the slightest touch.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The chair is amazing our LO love it, that's why we keep it, battery last for a couple of months depends on the amount of use. The baby still used it. However, we have issues keeping the pivoting toy bar in place. It was constantly coming of and it broke at some point. We think that is too late for us to return it at this point but the company should improve this product part to make it worth the money</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this item 2 weeks ago and now I can't use the highest bounce setting at the same time as music. It shuts off after about 20 seconds. It does work on the lowest setting with music, but my little guy likes the highest setting. Disappointing. Would prefer to be able to plug it in rather than rely on 3 expensive C batteries also. It's just a regular bouncer for us now.</span>
