It makes the loudest sound when it is on and the button sticks. We reached out to Kids2 within 10 days of purchase and they advised they have zero replacement chairs or devices in Canada. They offered a refund if we proved to them that we cut the chair in half. This isn&rsquo;t an option for us as this chair was hard to find to begin with, and it&rsquo;s one of the only chairs we have found that both of our twins like. Cutting the chair in half also seems beyond ridiculous. Since Kids2 will not enforce their warranty, we decided to reach out to Toys R Us to see if they could help and we were told we could try to return the chair but it would be up to the stores discretion if they would take it back. It&rsquo;s been a huge headache dealing with both companies and neither company wants to take responsibility or do anything about it. I would never recommend this product, Ingenuity, or Toys R Us to anyone. If you&rsquo;re thinking of setting up a registry with Toys R Us just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Talk about value for your money! I don't think it's the best bouncer or rocker out there, but it's decent, and the fact that it can also convert to just a stationary seat as well (that can hold up to 40 pounds!) put this into a definite consideration category. The coloring is very neutral, which is nice. Final (kind of) complaint is that the directions were picture based which is probably great for visual people, but I had to spend a fair amount of time looking over the pictures to try to understand what they were doing so that I could do the same thing with my parts.
