<span itemprop="description">For a 30$ puzzle I expected it to be made of wood not cardboard. Teeth marks in over 6 letters now and one is so soggy it won't fit back in place. Complete waste of money when there were other options.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Crappy quality control. Bought for my nephew and one of the letters was missing, only realized when my husband looked at it when I got home. Then toys r us didn’t want to accept it without a receipt. Horrible customer service and product quality.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought for the little but didn’t like it. The store refused the return with the reason that you removed the plastic cover, we can’t sell as it is without packaging. Even manager had excuse the manufacturer didn’t accept the returned item without that simple plastic cover. So stupid business, will never buy for this store</span>
