It might be small, but it has a bit of power behind it! My 6 year old figured out how to use it immediately and has been playing with it non-stop. I don't find it to be very loud, either, which is nice when he has it driving all over the house like some RC vehicles can be. We are already looking to add more of the hot wheels RC vehicles to our collection. There isn't much great detail on the car itself, but you can clearly tell it is the Bat Mobile. We did keep it in a separate carrying case as to not lose it among all of his other hot wheels vehicles! It does require two AA batteries and a phillips screwdriver to add those but it was charged and ready to go after that. A cord and instructions were included for later. Overall, I was surprised how small this car was... it is Hot Wheel size so not the size of standard R/C cars. It is plastic but has already survived some crashes, drops, and bumps. Seems sturdy. My son loves how it can spin and how quick it can move. The details of the engine are pretty cool looking too. It is small but goes really fast. Charging takes about 20 min for the car to be fully charged and you get about 30 min to an hour of play time on a charge. The downside I have noticed is that when the battery starts to get a little low it doesn&rsquo;t like to drive straight anymore even with using the correcting arrows on the remote. He really enjoys the spins it makes really fast. The R/C car came with a small ramp. We went out and bought and additional track, but ultimately, he preferred driving it around the house and doing tricks. He even stacked dominoes and then drove the car into it to knock it over. I was impressed with the battery life. A few times it would lose the connection even though he was always in proximity of the car. The turning mechanisim of counter-spinning wheels is interesting. It is a bit over responsive, but still pretty incredible in a hot wheels sized car. The car charges quickly. Some sort of storage for the charging wire would be an improvement. My boys have been playing with it non-stop since we got it. I am impressed with how fast this thing is. The care is fast but once you hit the booster and you are going light speed. The car is the same size as a normal Hot Wheels, so it fits easily onto existing car tracks. We wanted to test the car so we built a track that was 100% vertical and the Batmobile had no issue what so ever going up and down our test track. We were super impressed. It is really fun to play with this car on the track. The car includes a &quot;track funnel&quot; so you can drive the car from the floor onto the track with little effort. He was able to control it after just a little practice. It&rsquo;s super speedy and he likes watching it zip around. It even has a turbo button and can spin around in circles while stationary! It works great on our Hot Wheels tracks which gives it even more versatility and more ways to play. The remote requires batteries but the car can be charged up in about 20 minutes and lasts about as long.
