Our 8 year old loves it. The body of the dinosaur is soft and scrunchy when you squeeze it. The mouth also has chomp action for lots of fun. He has a few other Goo Jit Zu characters, but not any dinos and certainly not any Jurassic World dinosaurs! The Giganotosaurus is super stretchy. It's filled with tiny beads that both feels neat when you squeeze it, and makes a cool, almost crunchy sound. The head is made of hard plastic, and the mouth can be opened and closed. This is my son's favorite part (aside from stretching this thing so far I get scared it's going to burst!). He loves to have epic battles with his Giganotosaurus and his army guys. News flash: the dino always wins and eats the army guys! Like I said, he loves this toy (as well as all his other Goo Jit Zu characters). It's simple but sparks his imagination, and I absolutely love that. It's very well made. It's been stretched to the point I get nervous and has held up amazingly to his very active, often times rough, imagination. Highly recommend for all kids...these things are fun. However, I only gave it three stars because: &bull;its poor squishy hind legs don&rsquo;t allow it to stand up, and it really needs that; &bull;it has a very strong chemical smell from the slime mixture inside &bull;it can take a lot of abuse, but it did ultimately break and leak the liquid out at the neck joint.
