But nothing prepared me for the chaos unleashed by this *My Melody SLIMYGLOOP Jar*. First off, the scent. It's supposed to be &ldquo;pink bubblegum.&rdquo; What it actually smells like is cotton candy left in a hot minivan for three weeks. The scent is so overpowering, I could still smell it on my hands after *two* showers. Even my dog wouldn't come near me. Second &mdash; and this is important &mdash; it&rsquo;s *slime*, not glue, not putty. Slime. The kind that sticks to *everything*. It got into my carpet, under my kid&rsquo;s fingernails, in her hair (don&rsquo;t ask), and somehow, onto my ceiling fan. I didn&rsquo;t know slime could fly, but now I do. Also, the packaging lies. This thing says 8 oz, but the amount of mess it makes is equivalent to a gallon. My daughter *loved* it, of course. Me? I&rsquo;m still scraping it out of the couch cushions and reconsidering every parenting decision that led to this moment.
